This Fourth Edition of The Pakistan Decapitation Papers is issued with a companion standalone Ebook The Poor-Man’s Guide to Modernity. It is recommended that the companion Ebook be perused simultaneously in order to comprehend the diabolical sub-text behind the systematic decapitation of Pakistan. The latter’s Chapter 7, Islam and Knowledge vs. Socialization, is perhaps the most pertinent to Pakistanis today. It examines a recipe which can potentially still enable the Pakistani peoples to extricate their ill-begotten nation – now so visibly being destroyed after years of staging by fifth columnists attired in their virginal bride’s dress across the board – from the jaws of ignominy.

That same recipe, if forcefully employed globally by the ordinary man and woman on planet earth against their own respective fifth columnists, irrespective of religion, caste, or creed, can in fact set the stage for a new world order that is suited to the pleasurable living of all ordinary human beings, instead of the present one being orchestrated by the elite which is only suited to the pleasurable living of the inhuman oligarchy.

This new Fourth Edition of the Pakistan Decapitation Papers that you now hold in your hands as a printed hardcopy, or, before your eyes as an Ebook, straightforwardly continues in its Volume 3 from where Volume 2 had left off. It is so painful for the author to continue to make these commonsensical and blatantly obvious observations on Pakistan and its peoples, that this is the last edition!

In this tenth year of 9/11, Volume 3 befittingly begins Chapter 1 by revisiting the New Pearl Harbor and the Who Dunnit question. The imperial misidentification of its culprits as the proverbial pirates in order to synthesize the Machiavellian “War on Terror” of the emperor, has been the final harbinger of the decapitation of Pakistan.

However, let the decapitation of Pakistan not all be blamed on the New Pearl Harbor. As this book is evidence, Pakistan was, first and foremost, destroyed by the active connivance of its own military, its own politicians, its own literati, its own press, its own fifth columnists, and by the silent apathy of its 180 million spectating public who are still to become the greatest victims of “imperial mobilization”. That fancy phraseology is Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski’s, from his layered 1997 blueprint for what’s happening along the “arc of crisis” in the “Global Zone of Percolating Violence” today, titled “The Grand Chessboard – American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives”. The preceding two phrases are also Zbigniew Brzezinski’s, respectively from a January 15, 1979 Time magazine article titled ‘IRAN: The Crescent of Crisis’, and from Brzezinski’s 1997 attempt at his own Mein Kampf.

This scribe’s 2003 unpublished book titled “Prisoners of the Cave” (available as an Ebook), had already systematically deconstructed Brzezinski’s statecraft. And the scribe’s 2011 Ebook “Poor-Man’s Guide to Modernity”, succinctly updates that analysis to match the empiricism of our times.

None of this is, or has been, rocket science. Nevertheless, to the “likkha-parrha jahils” (the super-learned peoples with college degrees) of modernity, in every nation, it evidently is rocket science. There is nothing this scribe can do about such “learned peoples” of any society. Even so, this volume addresses their “learnedness” once again. These are the very peoples who must experience a metanoia (a change of mind, a rebirth) in order to effectively lead the termination of the abhorrent conditions of our times. The rest of the public by themselves are merely putty in the hands of the demagogues otherwise, oft taken for a ride between bread and circuses on the one hand, and rioting for “revolution” and sloganeering for “democracy” on the other.

Chapter 1 of Volume 3 therefore, is intended to be a self-study tutorial for the “likkha-parrha jahils”, whether of Pakistan, or the Middle East, or the West. The learned reader is encouraged to visit the web links for the many voices cited therein in order to give due diligence to this subject which, from day one, has been wrapped in layers upon layers of deception. Only when the first principles of modern statecraft become apparent to the “likkha-parrha jahils”, only when the fundamental light bulb of insight into Machiavelli and the Hegelian Dialectic goes off in one’s head, shall the rest ever follow. Before then, one will inevitably remain chained by one’s neck as the proverbial prisoner of the cave (Plato) despite all of one’s fancy qualifications, titles, degrees, and lauded accomplishments. This is true irrespective of nationality, religion, sex, caste, or creed. And it is as true of Pakistanis and Middle Easterners as Americans and Europeans. All peoples today, despite our modernity and our information age, share a common constant companion – the new age of Jahiliya! In addition to the companion Ebook “A Poor-Man’s Guide to Modernity”, this ignoble fact is further demonstrated in Chapters 2, 3, and 4 of Volume 3. Chapters 5, 6, and 7 comprise this scribe’s latest ripostes with various useful idiots and “likkha-parrha jahils” of Pakistan.

Chapter 8 is the anchoring chapter of this short and final volume of The Pakistan Decapitation Papers. Judge for yourself the sublime character of the ordinary Pakistani housewife turned activist that is narrated therein. Can one imagine just ten million activist home-makers like that in Pakistan, and in every nation on earth, coming out of their kitchens!

Chapter 9 is the Epilogue of Volume 3. It is apropos to refer it so as it once again unequivocally underscores the fact that even when the intention of rebellion might be genuine, even when the thirst for independence from empire’s mayhem might set an indigenous military patriot’s throat on fire in Pakistan, our modernity is a twisted devil. It comes wrapped in multifaceted Hegelian Dialectic. Without acutely comprehending this modernity, there simply cannot be any freedom for any nation and any people, no matter how fervently riled up they might get. That riling up is simply harvested on one or the other side of the Hegelian Dialectic. You are either a “militant” aiding and abetting “insurgency” if you don’t like hegemony or have been “tickled” into it, or, are part of empire’s Allies douching it with “counter-insurgency” if you don’t like the insurgents or just love to play house negro to the white man. Once caught in such a Hegelian Dialectic where both sides are orchestrated by the same powers, there is no escape from that matrix. The Epilogue bears testimony to that sad fact. Until that is overturned, nothing else can.

A nation can surely suffer its fools and still survive, but not its house negroes and fifth columnists. Nor the silence of its peoples. No nation and no peoples can survive its traitors, or an apathetic public drawn mainly to bread and circuses. It was the traitors who enabled the East India Company to colonize the indo sub-continent with treachery in the yesteryear. And it is the traitors who are enabling the owners of the former East India Company to colonize the world with treachery into a one-world government.

Therefore, to continue to describe what has been obvious to this scribe from the very day of September 11, 2001, and what was also visible to the few sighted – that 9/11 was an ‘Operation Canned Goods’ to launch “imperial mobilization” for the global Fourth Reich of the oligarchs – has already been a matter of “I told you so” for these past ten years. That is not just of zero consolation to this author, but is also of immense pain to see one’s own nation destroyed by the handful of slaves and house niggers carrying the White Man’s Burden for the white man!

In another day and age, all such house niggers and fifth columnists across the nations of the world, including in the United States of America, along with the puppetmasters behind the scenes, would hang from the tallest gallows many times over. That timeless hope, if there can ever be any consolation for what’s being inflicted upon the ‘lesser humanity’, is the last prayer on each and every lip as they struggle for their final breaths at the nightmarish altar of full spectrum tyranny.

Only the dead have seen the end of war. For those still living, the silent spectators, the unfortunate narrators unpeeling truths protective layers, the bullshit purveyors adding more obfuscating layers, and the henchmen niggers, the travails are only just beginning.

Perhaps God too sheds a tear for the living – the dead have already returned to it.

The Saturday Essay in the WSJ of January 08, 2011, “Why Chinese Mothers Are Superior”, caught my attention on a rebel website. The story of the high achieving Chinese immigrant family seeking and living their ‘American Dream’, as of this writing, had received 5471 public comments at the WSJ website. Both the essay and the public comments are rather telling of the making of the “Good American”, just like their counter part, the “Good German”, in not too distant a memory. I wrote the following letter to Amy Chua, whose impressive bio from Yale university faculty website is as follows:

The following comment for your interesting WSJ article was left by me at one of the reprint websites – since WSJ requires registration and I hardly ever bother with that rag. Since you are not likely to visit the hundreds of websites reprinting your essay, I thought I’d just email my 0.2 cents of response to you. My bio is here, in case it matters, as it evidently matters to some before they will even examine seriously what is being said.

This response is written with a parent’s hat on, with concern that our children be able to tell the difference between a “Good German” and a “Good American”.

While all this is most impressive, I would just like to know how many Chinese families can tell “9/11 is an inside job”? That “war on terror” is a fabrication for “imperial mobilization”? And how many among that lot can realize that silence is criminal, the most abhorrent banality of evil, and boldly speak up?

Can the Chua family?

Can Amy Chua, professor at Yale Law School?

If she can, then I am really really impressed.

However, minus that, for achieving this kind of success, the proverbial “American Dream”, one really has to be fast asleep to enjoy it.

And when one is firmly established on that dream-path, one must do everything possible to hold on to it, lest it be jeopardized by not being a “team player”!

I call such successes, [suffering from] the IVY League Morons Syndrome.

As an MIT alum, I think I may be permitted to say that – and not be accused of ‘grapes are sour’, or something like that.

9/11 is a litmus test, at least for me, of both intelligence, and integrity – the I-square test.

You fail this one, doesn’t matter how many concerts you can perform at Carnegie Hall, how many degrees you hang on your wall, and how many Nobel prize medals hang around your neck.

Most Ivy Leaguers sadly fail that test – the proof of that is self-evident in the roaring silence emanating from the Ivys.

How many Nobel laureate they all have together, adding MIT Caltech and Stanford to that pool of Ivys? How many professors? How many success stories like the Chua family?

Now tell me how many have passed the I-square test!

I would have been very impressed to read in this article that during the intermission at Carnegie Hall, the Chua folks stood up and called 9/11 an inside job!

Or composed a piano piece to play at Carnegie Hall titled: “war on terror is a fabrication”.

Perhaps adding: it is the only road to “imperial mobilization” when “democracy is inimical to imperial mobilization”.

Now that would have been not only brainy, but most patriotic too.

To understand in a nutshell why it would be more prudent for Chinese and American families to perhaps pursue the “American Dream” less, to make their children suffer less from the Ivy League morons syndrome, and concentrate more on training them to the reality-space of hectoring hegemons that is destroying their own nation, please feel free to take a look at:

There was lamentably no reply from Prof. Amy Chua. The letter to Harvard Professor leaving Harvard University for greener pastures in the corporate research and development, cited in the letter to Prof. Chua above, was submitted to MIT Technology Review magazine as an alumni contribution by this scribe. Its receipt was kindly acknowledged by the Editor in Chief and Publisher of MIT Technology Review, Mr. Jason Pontin, stating on Nov. 22, 2010: ‘we will consider it for “My View” in the MIT News section of TR.’ Not been published yet. Another editor, Alice, on being reminded, belatedly wrote back on June 23 2011: ‘Forgive me for not getting back to you sooner on this, but I did review it at the time and unfortunately, I don’t think it will work as My View column. Thank you for sending me your newsletter ‘support Iraqi protests’ carrying excerpts from your press release of February 20, 2011. It is empirical what you say: “While millions across the world watched live 18 days of dramatic revolution that ousted the US-allied torture-friendly regime of Hosni Mubarak, no one is offered live feed from Iraq of its people’s uprising against an enemy much worse.”

I wonder though, if these breaking “revolution” events in Egypt and elsewhere, can solely be parsed in their local context….? You have yourself also observed in your newsletter: “And while President Obama and Secretary of State Clinton are being lauded for their supposed support for Egyptian democracy,”.

Does that fact in itself cause you to also wonder why do they support Egyptian “democracy”, while you bemoan them not doing the same for Iraq: “no one is asking the key question Washington can’t answer: When will members of this US administration and the three previous face trial for crimes against humanity in Iraq?”

And I found your wish, while understandable, very unsettling: “We are certain the people of Iraq will achieve victory, like their Tunisian and Egyptian brothers and sisters”!

What victory?

I may be wrong of course – only the “illumined” ones claim to be all knowing.  And I would like to believe:

  • That these “revolutions” aren’t actually being run out of the Rand Corporation with many reactionary scenarios and  counter-scenarios already preempted with game theory and deep funding…

  • That our fifth columnists, Trojan Horses, infiltrators posing as friends and revolutionaries but carrying the white man’s burden just as they have been for the past several hundred years of infiltrations, and other principals directly working for the hectoring hegemons as both stooges and mercenaries, are just idly sitting by frustrated that all their grandiose plans for lighting the ‘arc of crisis’ have been suddenly and unexpectedly destroyed by the street mobs in the very same ‘global zone of percolating violence’….

  • That the hectoring hegemons are actually quite unhappy about these “regime change” mantras  of “democracy” driven by the public themselves….

  • That “democracy”, mob rule, where, ostensibly, 51% can dictate to the other 49%, that is in the best case when no powers are manipulating them, is something they are reluctant to offer their colonies as they play musical chairs with complaint rulers, while they subvert their own Constitutional Republic into “democracy”….

  • That they, the hectoring hegemons, are actually surprised by the breaking events in Egypt, just as they were surprised by the “go Musharaf go” revolutionary movement in Pakistan in 2008 where now the democracy of the godfather reigns supreme, just as they were surprised by the Iranian revolutions…. rather idiotic then, don’t you think, for a superpower to spend trillions of dollars in the exercise of hegemony only to be surprised, surprised by Bin Laden, surprised by towers felling so suddenly, surprised by …..

I enclose two articles, and links to two more, as points for your consideration. These examine the global context. And I would like to inquire if you might still situate these “revolutions”, and your stated desire for Iraqis to match these revolutions in such a fashion, after reading them.

We are not bemoaning that the US does not support democracy in Iraq: we are stating it. The US used “democracy” as part cover to destroy the country comprehensively. We are not waiting for the US to support democracy in Iraq. We want the US out of Iraq, as the first step towards the possibility of democracy in Iraq.

I think you misread the meaning of our sentence.

We also never said that Obama and Clinton support democracy in Iraq. What they say in public has nothing necessarily to do with what they do in reality.

I think it’s much more basic, and what happens shows that regardless of the sophistication of the schemes in Washington, the people of the Arab world have all the capacity they need to write their own histories.

I don’t think surprised. Anyone watching the fundamentals of the global economy and demographics as they relate to the Arab world in the last two to three years might have seen trends emerging that could lead to the events seen at present. For those who make it their business to map scenarios of the future, this scenario was surely one of the top scenarios. Perhaps, on the other hand, the hegemons were surprised by the spreading fearlessness of Arab populations; that the old tricks of belligerent client government are not working anymore.

I only have one small piece of specific evidence to suggest in counterpoint to your group’s analysis and optimism: please see evidence of Movement.org’s participation in the informal write-up by a Pakistani confrere, Egypt ‘Revolution’ ( http://fkpolitics.wordpress.com/2011/02/12/egypt-revolution-suckers/ ).

What do you make of it?

I remain skeptical on the whole because of the points already noted in my own two articles which I previously sent you, despite the large crowds in Tahrir Square routinely and calculatingly being featured in the Western newsmedia. I have seen large crowds before, as also the effects of social engineering to serve an agenda other than the prima facie one.

The bottom line of course for many an ‘untermensch’, is revolution. But not mob-revolutions, even when genuine. Rather, the revolution of the mind which can principally seed throwing the yolk of servitude to Western hegemons, and one’s own feudal lords, while simultaneously protecting the new gains. It serves little beneficial purpose to merely replace one form of tyranny with another. And to do so beneficially, as Andrew M. Lobaczewski aptly summed it in his seminal book on the real causes of political dysfunctions in societies: “requires that we properly analyze reality and make correct predictions, i.e. discipline of thought so as to exclude any subconscious data manipulation and any excessive influence from our emotions and preferences.” (pg. 303 Political Ponerology: A science on the nature of evil adjusted for political purposes)

While all ‘untermenschen’ wish for that breaking of the bondage to servitude at every level in our societies – starting with the two most significant levers of servitude: debt enslavement and the nation playing the role of proxy-service-provider to the West as a consequence, deftly managed by West’s own installed petty dictators both in and out of uniform in this postmodern age of neo-colonialism – it cannot come about un-engineered, un-principled, and merely by wishing it because some delectable puppetshows are enacted for us with musical chairs.

Nevertheless, I hope you are correct in this instance.

In which case, any gains made in Egypt and Tunisia will shortly be lost when a wolf in sheep’s clothing is “elected” as the new leader of Egyptian and Tunisian “Democracy”, in exactly the same way as President Zardari “democratically” replaced military dictator President Musharaf. You might perhaps take a closer look at Pakistan to appreciate the behind the scene reality unfolding today not just in Egypt, but in the entire ‘arc of crisis’ in the ‘global zone of percolating violence’. Such analysis of reality, the way it actually is, and not the way it is made to appear on television and on the streets, will lead to engineering new political systems with strong dikes to protect the ‘revolution’ from vile hijackings of narrow interests.

I am always filled with best wishes for all ‘untermensch’ on earth that we, in our great numbers, can together reclaim our lives and our nations back.

But unfortunately, Pollyanna was just a good movie, not a way to engineer a counter to reality which is already dominated by vile social engineering to serve the behind the scenes global oligarchic masters.

Beneficial changes are wrought not by good wishes and hopes alone, flag waiving and street dancing (in any color, including street burning). Necessary as these ingredients might seem to some, they are not sufficient to overthrow tyranny which comes wrapped in disguises and layered in deception. The evidence for this fact is not just the entire history of mankind itself, but most pertinently, all recent history of plebeian revolutions as well.

But the principle of beneficial social engineering is similar to the inimical one. It is only in astute planning and crafting a vision for the future to replace the present tyrannical systems of governance with, that such salvation can ever come about. That does not require large numbers of people dancing in the streets by themselves. But it does require at least a small number of thinkers, and a political power base, both supporting the people’s genuine interests.

There is none of that in evidence, in either Egypt, and elsewhere where mass ‘revolutions’ are the new and sudden rage. If there are, and your BRussells Tribunal is aware of them, I would be most enlightened if you’d bring them to my attention. I would like to know what am I missing.

But surely you will not disagree, that a beneficial revolution must start as the revolution of the mind, and present an alternative system that is both prima facie fair and just to the plebeians it resorts to govern, and has no hidden levers of manipulation and subversive control which operationally culminate only in full spectrum bondage. Meaning, getting theory and practice to closely match is yet another layer of social and political engineering which must be instrumented into the governance system itself.

The American Revolution is a perfect example of the anomalous absence of latter. It was hijacked into a pathologically war-mongering military-industrial complex by Trojan Horses and brought to its knees in less than a hundred years of the enactment of its Federal Reserve Act in 1913 by its own elected and Representative Congress which voluntarily gave the power of coining its national money to a handful of private banksters. The elected leaders themselves enabled their own public’s and nation’s servitude to the unelected global oligarchy: “give me control of a nation’s money supply, and I care not who makes its laws”. America’s mass ignorance is also by no accident. It has systematically been engineered to camouflage that subterfuge, that their “democracy” is a sham, run from behind the scenes by an oligarchy who present to the public wholly manufactured leaders beholden to the oligarchy, for their democratic vote. In fact, ask any American what sort of government they have, and invariably the answer is “democracy”. Whereas that word is foreign to America’s constitution which seeded a constitutional republic, and not a democracy! The level of ignorance is so systemic, that even today, a Harvard or Stanford MBA does not know how their money is coined, while united they all stand for the tyranny inflicted by the empire thinking they are only doing so in self-defense against the Ali Baba du jour. Even that fear is engineered to sustain “imperial mobilization”, as is amply documented by Zbigniew Brzezinski himself, and amply deconstructed by yours truly.

This proud American Revolution, ostensibly empowering when read on its glorified piece of parchment, along with most of Western hemisphere, is now headed towards its operational culmination beyond its “1984” like Orwellian police state today, to the “Ultimate Revolution” described by Aldous Huxley in these words: “Well, it seems to me that the nature of the Ultimate Revolution with which we are now faced is precisely this: that we are in process of developing a whole series of techniques which will enable the controlling oligarchy who have always existed and presumably always will exist, to get people actually to love their servitude! And a good example of a successful beneficial revolution?

I will leave it to your imagination. It will surely be useful to define what a beneficial revolution is ab initio, what are its essential characteristics which must be preserved in any system of governance, both locally, and internationally, and how are its leaders chosen to run the affairs of the people – while ensuring that they do not secretly become beholden to puppetmasters. This is a story as old as Plato, as old as power and its vile inflexion, and its comprehensive definition is sine qua non for any peoples to be free to govern their ownselves according to their own liking in a process of eternal vigilance that is tous azimuth.

Addendum – Observation: Introducing NATO Peace Keeping Forces

Today’s news headlines point to one of the obvious covert agendas behind this sudden “revolution” bubble throughout the Middle East: “US warships enter Egypt’s Suez Canal” (Press TV, Fox News).

In the absence of any genuine political leadership in our Middle Eastern nations due to decades of oppressive autocratic rules by various praetorian guards from among the Muslims, i.e., House Negroes of empire, the vacuum has to be filled when these are suddenly removed.

Apart from new stooges appointed/selected/elected to lead our nations, either as protagonists, or as antagonists (as per the Hegelian Dialectic already explained elsewhere), it is apparent that the introduction of international “peace keeping” forces is part of the agenda.

To fully comprehend this agenda, one has to penetratingly understand what transpired in Kosovo in the 1990s, and what was the end result. The internationalization of the United Nations and NATO “peace keeping” forces in order to maintain peace and stability among a fractious people unable to govern themselves like civilized human beings. Kosovo set the legal, and UN sanctioned precedent for how the World Order of one-world government is to be principally governed. That agenda is not new. It has been amply discussed by others. It is also frequently referenced in the many publicly available strategy documents and books of empire.

That very end result in the case of Middle East, throughout the ‘arc of crisis’ in the ‘global zone of percolating violence’, is evidently being sought through these manufactured “revolutions” which only seed chaos, civil war, Muslim on Muslim ethnic/religious/political violence, all leading to the demoralization and disintegration of the cohesive social fabric under the auspices of 4th-generation warfare designed to destroy nations and societies from within. Just as was done to Serbia, and just as has been implemented successfully in Iraq. By taking the public through calculated extremes of stress-relief cycles, by means of war, or civil war, the indigenous masses are systematically primed to eventually accept whatever solution is imposed upon them in the brief relief periods, as their existential necessities of survival. It matters little if such acceptances are contrived through “elected parliaments”, enforced by invasion forces by the fiat of conquest, or by “peace keeping” forces.

The end result is that the people end up losing all their national sovereignty, in anything and everything which is meaningful to being a nation rather than an administrative colony. Our nations have already lost most everything at the altar of the World Bank and the IMF. Our armed forces were already working over time in carrying the white man’s burden. Now, even that veneer is to be stripped for complete capitulation, to the vaunted International Peace Keepers being introduced, ostensibly, to train the rebels! Eventually, only veneers and facades will be left behind, some respectable, and some antagonistic in order to be able to escalate the white man’s “threat level” for its own domestic consumption to Defcon 2 as needed. Pakistan is a shining example of continuing exactly the same policies as were in place under the decade long dictatorial reign of General Musharaf – all in support of the “massa”. And today, Pakistan and Iran, the beneficiary of the Iranian mob-revolution, constitute the core pretext for ever going to Defcon 2!

The learned and the savants affiliated with the conquered societies always seem to dutifully rise to the occasion of heralding “change” that is brought to their shores – often by getting the people to ask for “change” themselves.

From America’s “change” president, to Pakistan’s “change” president, to all the “regime changes” planned in the ‘global zone of percolating violence’, can anyone identify specific changes which have been beneficial to the independence of those nations? No.

And these same learned and the savants, always also seem to be the ones to justify the solutions brought by the white man when it is most necessary to oppose them. These savants with lofty titles and marketable associations, outright refuse to see the subversive game plan in preemption, when it can be defeated. Then, meaning now when breaking events in the Middle East are overtaking the commonsense of most intelligentsia, when it is utmost essential to be able to distinguish between cause and effects with forensic clarity, when it is urgently necessary to not be carried away by the visible dramas being enacted among the public, and when it is an existential imperative to comprehend the invisible subversive forces at play in order to defeat them, these brilliant minds suddenly become useful idiots of empire echoing its narratives!

Later, ex post facto, once the fait accompli is sewn tight, they will suddenly transform into the useful rebels of empire shouting war crimes tribunals – and for whom? For the previous crop of errand boys and girls of empire which has absolutely no relevance to the new atrocities being created on the ground by their replacements with the same, and sometimes more, impunity. My website documents my many letters to useful idiots and useful rebels, and I am quite unable to distinguish among them, whether they are just “controlled dissent” working for empire, or just being plain stupid. It does puzzle me that how is it that stupid people have become leading opinion-makers in almost every nation? Is it that their opinions have some inherent wisdom? Or is it that the empire promotes them as useful idiots?

It is my expectation that the BRussells Tribunal seeking fair justice in Iraq, and publicly offering its opinions on these manufactured “revolutions” in the Middle East which is entirely an echo of what is in the Western press or in empire’s own dissent press, is not among them. That, you’re only gravely mistaken. Just as I may be gravely mistaken. Well, when we know we have made a mistake, we have an opportunity for correction. But we only take such opportunities when we are genuine, and not vile fabricators.

Therefore, please respond urgently to the challenges outlined here with something more than pointing to your previous facile articles published in the same colonized rag which principally only allow opinions that retain the core-axioms of empire. I invite you to offer some new cogent analysis of what is disclosed here as a challenge by this humble plebe, and I will be happy to append it to this document if it has anything new to offer. I will be even happier if it can correct any of my own misperceptions. As I said before, none of us are perfect. And because of our many imperfections, by constructively collaborating, when we are genuine partisans of justice, perhaps the sum can be greater than the parts.

Our peoples of Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Palestine, Lebanon, Iran, Egypt, Syria, Libya, Bahrain, the entire ‘arc of crisis’ in the ‘global zone of percolating violence’ need genuine un co-opted revolutionaries who can pose even half a challenge to the intellectual warfare that is the primal cause of our continuous defeats at the hands of hectoring hegemons who only contrive to wage wars by way of deception! While many repeatedly echo that maxim like parrots, few betray the timely recognition of that maxim when it can be most effective in defeating such warfare.

Unlayering the Middle East War Agenda: Making Sense of Absurdities

Preamble

This is a response to the unforensic focus on the Middle East War Agenda which permeates the alternate media even today, well into the 10th year of the New Pearl Harbor, orchestrated like the Nazi’s Operation Canned Goods to “goosestep the herrenvolk across international frontiers” – first into Afghanistan, Iraq, gradually inching its way throughout the arc of crisis, next target: the Crescent of Crisis, Iran. Time magazine had quoted Zbigniew Brzezinski self-servingly presaging these very events in 1979 at the cusp of the Iranian Revolution:

An arc of crisis stretches along the shores of the Indian Ocean, with fragile social and political structures in a region of vital importance to us threatened with fragmentation. The resulting political chaos could well be filled by elements hostile to our values and sympathetic to our adversaries.” (U.S. National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Time, Jan. 15, 1979)

It was in the same year that President Jimmy Carter’s National Security Advisor, waging a clandestine proxy war upon the USSR, had started giving covert aid to the CIA backed Afghan mercenaries (later renamed “Mujahideens”) to foment sufficient agitation at the flank of the USSR to provoke a Soviet Intervention in Afghanistan to protect their own hegemonic interests:

According to the official version of history, CIA aid to the Mujahadeen began during 1980, that is to say, after the Soviet army invaded Afghanistan, 24 Dec 1979. But the reality, secretly guarded until now, is completely otherwise Indeed, it was July 3, 1979 that President Carter signed the first directive for secret aid to the opponents of the pro-Soviet regime in Kabul. And that very day, I wrote a note to the president in which I explained to him that in my opinion this aid was going to induce a Soviet military intervention.”

After the Soviet Union had taken the bait and invaded, blood-thirsty murderer playing chess in other peoples’ blood, Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski confessed in 1998 that he again wrote to Jimmy Carter back in December 1979:

The day that the Soviets officially crossed the border, I wrote to President Carter. We now have the opportunity of giving to the USSR its Vietnam war. Indeed, for almost 10 years, Moscow had to carry on a war unsupportable by the government, a conflict that brought about the demoralization and finally the breakup of the Soviet empire.” (1998 interview to French magazine Le Nouvel Observateur)

Thus, the arc of crisis which Brzezinski had glibly predicted in January 1979, was firmly seeded by January 1980 as the Carter Doctrine, otherwise known as God is on your side”, to set it all ablaze in the coming future. Sufficiently implanted with the necessary explosive mix of religion, “jihad”, hostage crisis, Iranian Revolution, Soviet intervention in Afghanistan, drug trade, and sectarian fanaticism unleashed in Pakistan by the hanging-judge-military dictator General Zia Ul Haq installed there by the Carter White House in support of the CIA cultivating and harvesting “Islamic Mujahideens” to fight the USSR, it didn’t take much ignition beyond the priming. The fire quickly became self-sustaining as new recruits grew up in the lighted cauldron and couldn’t easily distinguish their head from their ass – especially with the Pakistan military being in full collusion with the CIA in screwing both Pakistan and Afghanistan society on the Grand Chessboard.

Today, these war criminals pat themselves on the back for destroying the USSR with Muslim and Afghani blood costing the complete destruction of what was previously a still stable Afghani and Pakistani society – but they’ll all hang someday even if their carcass has to be dragged out from six feet under. In 1996, Zbigniew Brzezinski renamed the arc of crisis in his next geostrategy book The Grand Chessboard, with an even more imposing epithet, “the global zone of percolating violence”, illustrating with maps galore the arc of crisis for those still uninitiated into the vagaries of the exercise of American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Initiatives of the sole unchallenged superpower. That foretold future – explicitly and very publicly presaged in 1979 in a popular weekly magazine read by all and sundry not just in the United States, but in the entire world – fully unleashed by the New Pearl Harbor on September 11, 2001, had the former US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice self-righteously justify the purpose of America’s hegemonic cultivation of “the global zone of percolating violence” in 2006 in these sacred words:

What we’re seeing here, in a sense, is…the birth pangs of a new Middle East and whatever we do, we have to be certain that we’re pushing forward to the new Middle East, not going back to the old one.” (U.S. Secretary of State to George W. Bush, Condoleezza Rice, July 21, 2006)

All the preceding is what the blood thirsty hectoring hegemons have themselves narrated.

But comparing their narration to empiricism tells a slightly different story.

That War Agenda today to “birth pangs of a new Middle East” is still variously blamed upon:

  • the Zionist agenda for Eretz Yisrael,

  • and/or upon the sole superpower’s Primacy and Its Geostrategic Initiatives to preemptively acquire and extract the natural resources in the Middle East and Central Asia before any other nation or group of nations can rise to challenge its dominance.

The former Zionist agenda is pitched as the ungodly wars waged by the Jewish neoconservaties who dominate Washington, blueprinted in their PNAC and other Wolfowitz drawn strategy documents for Securing the Jews-only Realm.

The latter superpower agenda is pitched as the wars of primacy for America’s sole preeminence, blueprinted in Zbigniew Brzezinski’s The Grand Chessboard and in Pentagon’s many Joint Vision strategy documents.

Both premise, while appearing sensible in 2003 when I too employed them in my maiden book Prisoners of the Cave, in the light of today’s empiricism outright lead to absurdities.

America is going bankrupt due to these global wars with rising national debt which now stands in the 13 trillion dollar range as officially reported by the US Treasury, and its budget deficit this year, 2011, is 1.4 trillion dollars. This means America has to borrow, i.e., have its central bank the Federal Reserve print, 40 cents for every dollar it spends, thus also commensurately increasing the national debt and the burden upon the already suffering American tax payer.

What sort of idiotic primacy agenda for preeminence is that?

The United States hasn’t been able to extract any of the natural resources either from the Middle East and Central Asian soils anymore than she was already extracting previously – as much as it wanted – with its own coddled dictators firmly in power.

Why did she need to wage murderous wars to decimate the region to remove its own cultivated dictators?

It also sure hasn’t been good for the Anglo-American oil companies – they can’t do business when the region is torn asunder by the cycle of insurgency and counter-insurgency manufactured by the Anglo-American Allies themselves. Same in Afghanistan – no pipelines, only the so called quagmires, as even the mainstream news of the United States puts it.

As for Israel, if Eretz Yisrael is the principal reason for decimating Iraq with millions of tons of Depleted Uranium munitions, destroying its fertile top soils and bountiful water tables, not to mention the ancient DNA of its inhabitants, and with only immense hatred and ire of its millions of Arabs now irretrievably implanted to greet the Zionist from Israel if they ever set foot onto its soil for resettlement, then the Jews can’t really occupy that land for themselves now can they?

What did the Israelis really gain by brutally removing the servile Iraqi puppet of their own client state, the United States?

Only chaos in the region!

What Zionistan’s founding father, David Ben Gurion, would have easily called “revolutionary times”. Well, according to that science of hegemonic conquest, these chaos-like conditions in the Middle East have also only created more fertile grounds to administer further mind-fcks to the natives because “what is inconceivable in normal times is possible in revolutionary times”.

What other benefit? Perhaps some smaller equally compliant but unstable ethnic principalities carved out of the former equally compliant monolithic and stable Iraq, which today lies in ruin.

But wait, NO Eretz Yisrael!

Only enormous hatred for Israel, and America.

What an agenda for preeminence!

Only the keystone cops could have blueprinted it.

Hmmm….


Reality is almost like an onion.

Comes in layers.

The outer layer, when peeled, shows the next inner layer.

And so on down to the core.

It is difficult to get to the core of reality, without first unpeeling it, layer by layer.

The empirical fact however is that it is not mentioned in the mainstream, and by many others in dissentstream either, because the conspiracy is to not even acknowledge that the onion exists at all for social engineering of ‘United we Stand’ and ‘introducing beneficial cognitive diversity’ to mislead the public.

But the outer layer of the onion is not the entire onion, however persuasive and inviting it may appear!

These are mere labels, the neocons, neoconservatives, neo-cons, they mean nothing by themselves.

America has been involved in warfare from Wounded Knee to Afghanistan, and before WWII, there were no neo-cons by that name.

So how does one explain America’s vast military-industrial-academe-media complex which is what actually wages the wars? How does one explain America’s national security state?

But why do they wage wars?

For Israel?

The focus on Israel, and the Jewish Lobby, in my view, can at times be a gigantic red herring. See: “Pamphlet: How To Return to Palestine”, and “The white man’s burden still looks white in color!”. The real focus must remain on the oligarchy which funds all sides of wars, and have been doing so for 250 years, and for what eventual purpose?

The War on Terror, the war on Afghanistan, the war on Iraq, the war on Pakistan, the war on Iran, on whatever mantras and asinine pretexts, by themselves make no sense – as the war of neo-conservatism – and it is easy to pin it upon the most visible harbingers for their most obvious motives! The outer layer of the onion.

And what about the silent economic wars of neo-liberalism – aka free trade?

Thomas Friedman best captured the interplay of these two sides of the imperial coin – the thunderous wars of shock and awe, and the matching silent wars of hunger and deprivations due to the loot and plunder of global natural resources via the stranglehold of contrived third world debt – in his 1999 New York Times column titled Manifesto for a Fast World: “The hidden hand of the market will never work without a hidden fist — McDonald’s cannot flourish without McDonnell Douglas, the builder of the F-15. And the hidden fist that keeps the world safe for Silicon Valley’s technologies is called the United States Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps.”

But peel down behind both types of wars, behind both philosophies of primacy which are as old as hegemony, as old as mankind, and we get World Government.

Global Governance would not be possible without the transformative abilities of these wars which seed controlled chaos, deprivations, disenfranchisement, and fabricated public appeals to authorities to resolve matters. Which of course they subsequently do, with greater and greater centralization of powers into the private hands of the same oligarchy who create the very crises for which they ex post facto present their own preferred solutions. David Ben Gurion aptly described this Machiavellian modus operandi as “what is inconceivable in normal times is possible in revolutionary times”.

The unlayering is important to get to the heart of the matter, quickly, before it is too late. And one of the reason it is not unlayered in time, is to seed fait accompli. That is the master political science. To understand this political science which is time-critical and which is what enables only narrating these matters ex post facto, see: “Of Ostriches and Rebels on The Hard Road to World Order”.

That too, by itself, is still not the inner most core of the onion, only the next layer down, but it already demonstrates that focus on the outer layer of the onion of reality, the visible reality, makes for a great red herring.

No one in Plato’s cave can ever figure out the reality behind the images on the screen, by examining, and in no matter what excruciating a scholarship, the images on the screen before them.

That is why the outer layer of the onion, whether one sees the onion at all or not, is often pointless garbage.

Whenever I cook dinner at home, I always throw away the outer layer of the onion, it tastes terrible :-)

With reference to the Observer article by Imran Khan reprinted on the Realityspeak website Veterans Today, January 09, 2011, concerning the assassination of the Governor of Punjab, Pakistan, Salman Taseer earlier this week by his own body guard Mumtaz Qadri who drilled 27 bullet holes into the ill-fated governor’s body, the article opining “The continuing US presence in Afghanistan fuels extremism in neighbouring Pakistan,” I hope people can see what is going on here.

The public is being given two choices to choose from: “either you are with us or with the terrorists.”

Murder is a crime. Period.

Whether the pirate commits it, or the emperor orders it: so, both suicide bombings and trigger-pulling, as well as sanctioned assassinations, bombing nations under blaring trumpets, drone attacks on civilian populations, F-16s dropping munitions on civilian homes and infrastructures, are all crimes.

So, whether the murder is committed in the name of god, or in the name of “imperial mobilization”, it is still murder.

This obvious commonsense makes the issuance of religious Fatwas (proclamations) on high-profile murders, like this one by someone loftily named Shaykh-ul-Islam Mufti Muhammad Idris Usmani, not only idiotic for their inability to grasp the crimes of the emperor while focussing on the one committed by the pirate, but also incredibly self-serving. Both, for the narrow political interests of the local elites which it serves, and for the mileage derived ingratiating oneself with the empire by omitting to reference its monumental crimes of invading nations and murdering in millions. We have seen this before, as in this 600-page Terrorism Fatwa issued in 2010 by another self-serving, self-proclaimed scholar of Islam: Dr. Tahir ul-Qadri of Minhaj-ul-Qur’aan.

All this attention on the pirates is of course quite understandable. As Voltaire had noted: “all murderers are punished unless they kill in large numbers and to the sound of trumpets.”

And St. Augustine too had observed: “When the King asked him what he meant by infesting the sea, the pirate defiantly replied: ‘the same as you do when you infest the whole world; but because I do it with a little ship I am called a robber, and because you do it with a great fleet, you are an emperor.’”

So what happens when the pirate also works for the emperor, either as a patsy or mercenary, to manufacture synthetic terror – through a chain of command of black-ops handlers?

Just also note here that the murdered do not become virgins overnight, or acquire the certificate of everlasting “virtue” such as “shaheed” (pious martyr), by causing their histories of corruption to be re-written, just because they have been murdered by an Islamofascist. Unless of course they happen to be the prostitutes of empire. The same is true if the victim is made by the emperor, in which case, obviously, the certificate of everlasting “vileness” is issued – as is regularly issued to the victims from Pakistan to Palestine, Afghanistan to Iraq.

Yet, my friends, we see precisely that hegelian dialectic being presented in the worldwide media: ST was a virtuous secular humanist, killed by a dastardly Islamofascist; and also the complement: ST was a blasphemist justifiably killed by a religious patriot.

Whichever side you choose, doesn’t matter, because, like the Technique of Infamy, while the lies are different at every level, the axiom is common: there is a real islamofascism (or natural Islamic radicalism). And so is the modus operandi of creating revolutionary times in Pakistan. Because, as David Ben Gurion had explained the modus operandi for the Zionist “imperial mobilization” to Palestine: “what is inconceivable in normal times is possible in revolutionary times.”

All transformations can only be achieved under “revolutionary times”. This is the first principle of Machiavellian politics, and also documented in many works of empire itself. For instance, here is one just off the top of my head as I just quoted it to someone else (from chapter 1 of my book Prisoners of the Cave): “Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor” (quoting PNAC’s Rebuilding America’s Defenses, 2000).

Imran Khan’s article does not betray any sense that he even understands why America is in Afghanistan, why such terror events are being orchestrated, and by his statement: “There were no Pakistanis involved in 9/11 and al-Qaida was then based in Afghanistan.”, clearly shows that he is only a glorified stooge playing controlled opposition. His opinion, “The continuing US presence in Afghanistan fuels extremism in neighbouring Pakistan,” presents the facile view that extremism is only the autonomous consequence to America’s presence in Afghanistan, a blowback, with no cultivation and harvesting from America’s own black-ops to acquire pretexts for sustaining its own counter-insurgency! Perhaps he has never heard of “tickling” extremism into existence (see CIA’s modus operandi of “tickling civilians” cached here).

Examine this for yourself critically – don’t take my word for it. The gallant friend of the venerable editor in-chief of Veterans Today, Gordon Duff, our Pakistani glamor-boy politician Imran Khan is legitimizing that there is some reality to al-Qaida, and that 9/11 was an invasion from abroad and the work of these vile Islamofascist militants – which are also the core-axioms of empire! The empire has ruined the world, and the United States, primarily on that axiom. And poet-scholar-politician and savior of humanity, Imran Khan, echoes the very same axioms and presuppositions in his narratives. While he accurately captures the effect of all this extremism on Pakistan, he mis-identifies the cause. Much like the doctor who accurately describes the patient’s symptoms, and mis-diagnoses the cause of those symptoms. Imran Khan pretends that America is embroiled in these misadventures because of shortsighted foreign polices – just like America’s all time favorite rebel congressman Hon. Ron Paul does.

In fact, there is not a whole lot of difference in what Imran Khan says and what congressman Ron Paul says in this context. Here is Ron Paul disambiguated: My beef with the stellar congressman Hon. Ron Paul.

As a Pakistani, I humbly dare to presume that I understand my fellow country man Imran Khan, his omissions and his commissions, the events transpiring in my own home country, the psychology of my peoples, our local politics, the narrow self-aggrandizing self-interests of our glorified local elites, ….

There is a vaster geo-political agenda for “imperial mobilization” to Pakistan, to “save Pakistan” from becoming “terror central” afoot here. Just witness it yourself in the empire’s own response issued today, January 12, 2010, to the wave of rising extremism: Biden reasures Pakistan in speech as bomb kills 18 (Nahal Toosi, AP, cached here).

The handlers of this murderer of Salman Taseer, who appointed him on this guard duty, etc. will never be discovered, any more than who killed Benazir Bhutto, or JFK, MLK, RFK, X, would be discovered, except for official narratives and its final verdict of lone-gunmen gone crazy. That old script is unfolding here on cue!

And is there any mention of such comprehensions in this lame article by Imran Khan, whom Gordon Duff says would be President of America: “NOTE: I have spent time with Khan and consider him a friend. Few if any in the world today speak with his clarity. Were he in America, he would certainly be president, no question about it. G. Duff”?

These clever omissions are clarity? I suspect that compatriot Gordon Duff is entirely correct, for only such peoples with such remarkable clarity can ever rise to power, duly vetted, groomed, and anointed by the CFR, RIIA, the Bilderbergers where attendance appears to be mandatory in order to even run for the Presidency of the United States… And he has that former American President Bill Clinton’s charm and charisma to make an excellent candidate… would be easy to keep him under check…

Study Operation Gladio of yesteryear to comprehend how it is being replayed today, by simply substituting “threat of communism to Western Europe” with “threat of Islamofascism to the entire world”. Is this so damn profound?

No brand name politician of Pakistan, no military overlord, no academic pundit, no Human Rights champion, no daughter of the East, both dead and living (yes new ones are being groomed), and no pious mullah of any flavor, will dare to say publicly what a plebe has straightforwardly deconstructed – but at least nine times out of ten, they’d be discussing it in the privacy of their own drawing rooms!! We are mentally colonized, yes, but we also know we are colonized. Our House Negroes among the ruling elites, and the wannabes, are not like the ones Martin Luther King depicted, but far more actively complicit, knowing exactly “what has happened to him”:

Yes, you are so correct, and isn’t it awfully similar to the propaganda barrage to make the prostitute look like a virgin?

I am sure you couldn’t agree more, that the murdered do not become moral overnight just because the murderer was immoral.

Even though, the murdered may have been “brave man and one with strong convictions”. Al Capone too had strong convictions, I am sure. Makes sense don’t it? So make a case that Salman Taseer was not a corrupt asshole (not to speak ill of the dead or anything but those who live by the terror die by terror) – and I’ll buy your argument that “Such individuals are becoming rare commodity in Pakistan.”

Okay then, the rest of your analysis of Salman Taseer’s murder, by drawing upon a long history is entirely specious. In fact, outright bullshit, if I might be pardoned the rather plebeian expression.

Let me prove it to you – because you haven’t a friggin clue!

A political science professor who does not understand the Strategy of Tension, well, can only be the same sort of likkha-parrha jahils which come out of Western and Pakistani universities, and then go back there to create more jahils. Or, which is the more likely for a modern House Negroe from Pakistan, perhaps knows only too well which side his bread his buttered!!

The point of agreement with Mr. Agha (whoever he is), is only the first fragment of the opening sentence of his comment:

The rest of your article, as is Mr. Agha’s comments, unfortunately, is utter rubbish. Please permit me to illustrate it to you for your benefit in my article which is reproduced below. By bio is in its byline. I wonder if you might publish my article in SAAG, where yours was evidently published, and critique it there in public view. Unfortunately, no one is willing to publish my humble viewpoint, as they are yours, and others, because, you only echo the mantras du jour, as does this Mr. Agha. If you know him or his email address, please feel free to forward this letter to him as well.

As you correctly note in your opening gambit, “accurate analysis of its current situation,” is a prerequisite to solving Pakistan’s, and the world’s problem with Islamofascism, extremism, and “imperial mobilization”. Here is my article. I invite you to take it apart, unless of course you change your mind and come to see the analysis in some perspective that is other than sucking up to the white man.

Thank you for your response. Yes you are correct, I might have been more circumspect in my choice of words while attempting to share the same assessment.

You have imposing credentials by your own measure. So I imagine you should not have any problems offering some well-mannered refutation if you believe what I have written is untrue.

Pakistan is full of House Negroes bowing before the “massa”. If you aren’t one of them, I apologise. I need to identify and separate House Negroes from Field Negroes in order to know who is a boot-licker of the “massa” and who is a Patrick Henry. All your accolades mean absolutely nothing to me, if you cannot even stand to debate with an ordinary person a point which you publicly uttered which is of such grave existential concern to our peoples – accurate diagnosis of our predicament. simply put 9/11 was a historical incident used by USA for its political and strategic agenda .i am living in afghanistan since 2003 and have met many taliban , al qaeda and other leaders.

these are genuine and they exist and americans too are also not in control of the events.

90 % of Taliban in afghanistan are pakistani proxies so the groups that USA may be funding through third parties do not exceed 10 % .

Unless you have entered Afghanistan illegally, you are there by the blessing of the occupation forces. Since 2003 you say? It means you must be a consultant there… not sure what you said earlier on being on a pension and no bank account…

If you understand the concept of fabricating pretexts, manufacturing them, red-teaming/blue-teaming exercises…. and synthesizing insurgency so you could have the reason for counter-insurgency, then you will know your statement is false: “americans too are also not in control of the events.”

You create insurgency out of uniform, to fight them with counter-insurgency in uniform. And so you have a self-sustaining war! The first principle of sustaining the occupation of any nation. Why am I teaching you this? Should you not know this already?

Therefore, I don’t disagree with your observation that many Afghans are indigenously fighting/resisting the occupation of their country – they have been “tickled” ( http://humanbeingsfirst.files.wordpress.com/2009/10/cacheof-usatoday-sept172008-cia-chief-military-strike-offer-lessons-in-tickling-civilians.pdf ) enough that any gairat-mand nation (self-respecting people) will do that. That fabrication of natural resistance in Afghanistan is by calculated design. It is an effect, not the cause.

That effect is sustained by periodic decimation of innocent Afghan civilians, wedding parties, and women and children.

Since the Pakistan Military is entirely a proxy-service provider for the American/NATO forces, you may be again correct that Pakistan may be playing the green-team role cultivating insurgency both in our Tribal belt and in Afganistan out-of-uniform along with NATO black-ops, as yet another service provider to the hectoring hegemons. I believe that this is compartmentalized enough that not the entire chain of command need be aware of it.

In fact, a mid-ranking officer can control the entire insurgency-creation reporting to a senior officer – wouldn’t you agree, at least hypothetically? This is why, when a division of Pakistani Army under the command of its own General is fighting in the Tribal Belt, they don’t know that they are actually fighting black-ops manufactured insurgency. They are being set up as patsies to kill our own people, by traitors and mercenaries in our own military hierachy,..

None of this is rocket science if the fundamentals are clear – war on terror is diabolically manufactured to create “revolutionary times”, for, as David Ben Gurion succinctly summed the recipe for all successful transformations: “what is inconceivable in normal times is possible in revolutionary times”.

The following missive of a Pakistani homemaker of Indian-Kashmir origin appeared in a letter to Editor, The News, Tuesday, June 22, 2010:

‘I was born in Srinagar and have lived the first half of my life in the same city in very peaceful times. I got married to a Pakistani and I have been living in Islamabad for the last twenty-two years. I have been following the remarkable effort by the two leading newspapers of Pakistan and India which offers a ray of hope for people like me. Though I am a Pakistani national now, every time I have applied for visa for Jammu and Kashmir, it has been a marathon and with each passing mile the intricacies of the procedure have increased. My father is a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer. When he was in good health he used to go himself to the secretariat to facilitate my visa. But now he is old and cannot do so. Nobody can realise the plight of women like me who are divided from their families. It’s very difficult for them to acquire visa and many years elapse before they get to meet their families. Most of the time it is nirasha rather than asha for us.

I can go to the Indian High Commission even twice a day if I have to as I live in Islamabad. But what about the people who come from far off places? For these poor people even the cheapest fare is too much at times. The embassies of both countries try to give visa on humanitarian grounds on death of a relative depending on the visa officer in charge. But what good is a dead body if we are not able to see the same person alive? What does one have to do to be an active member of the Aman ki Asha? I am not a journalist or a singer or a musician. I am a homemaker whose parents and relatives live on the other side of the Line of Control. And there are many like me, separated from our loved ones by solid, imaginary lines drawn at the cost of our peace of mind. I hope that the leaders and politicians of both countries understand the aman ki bhasha and make this initiative a reality.

Ms. Reshi, unwilling to remain a silent bystander when both her ailing parents needed her urgent presence with them in Kashmir, followed up her letter to editor with the following online petition to the Prime Ministers of India and Pakistan on behalf of the divided families of the two countries:

The Prime Ministers of India and Pakistan

Mr. Manmohan Singh and Mr Yusuf Raza Gilani

Sirs,

We, the undersigned, are sending this petition to you on behalf of the divided families of the two countries.

Here are some facts about our mutual visa regimes that leave much to be desired:

It takes too much time.

* For a Pakistani, a normal visa to any city in India takes three to four weeks to process. But visas for the disputed territory of Jammu and Kashmir take a year to process. The clearance has to come from J&K state police and IB department in Srinagar. Then it goes to Delhi IB and to the Kashmir desk (North block, New Delhi). It is forwarded to Ministry of Home Affairs, (MHA) Foreigners section. And then it is conveyed to Indian High Commission in Pakistan. It is almost the same for Indians applying for Pakistan. Please do something to reduce this excruciating time frame.

There is too much paperwork involved in applying for a visa.

* We need an affidavit, valid only for forty five days, which has to be obtained from the city to be visited.

* We need any two current [utility] bills.

* An English translation of the NADRA ID card, and

* Finally, a no objection from the organisation you are working for or if self employed then your business registration letter.

We are positive something can be done to reduce the paperwork and make things easier for people. Some points are listed below.

* Infants and children under thirteen should be exempted from police reporting.

* There should be Indian and Pakistani consulates in other cities besides Delhi and Islamabad only.

* The visa fees are only about fifteen rupees on both sides. But getting to the respective embassies costs many times more. If one piece of paper is incorrect or missing, applicants have to come again and again, which is particularly disheartening for the poor and unlettered.

* India has introduced a condition that restricts foreigners from returning to India for sixty days unless they visit a neighbouring country and have a valid ticket back to India. There is no concept of re-entry to India otherwise.

* In both countries, visa extensions and long term visas are very difficult to obtain. This makes life particularly difficult for married women with families across the border.

* If a mother has Indian or Pakistani nationality, her children should be given visas to her home country without any obstacles no matter what their nationality.

* Visas of Pakistani and Indian nationals married to each other should be made easier. The requirement of getting names of spouses added to the respective passports is another tough task.

* Pakistani nationals living in other countries, even if they have citizenship of another country and are living abroad, find it very difficult to obtain visas for India, and vice versa.

* Exit and entry points are fixed. These are changed with great difficulty. If the places to be added or visited not in the order that is on the visa, that is another ordeal. Please make travel more flexible as upheavals of nature can strike any time any place.

* Functioning of embassies and consulates should be like well oiled machines which are regularly updated. Clerical errors which cause undue problems to the applicant should be rechecked and avoided. There should be a 24-hour helpline to give information as required.

These are some totally avoidable obstacles faced by the people who live on the opposite sides of the fence. We request the leaders and those at the helm of affairs to step into our shoes and feel the pain of the divide. Only by empathising can these shortfalls be corrected.

In anticipation of redress for these easily rectifiable problems, we thank you.

When Ms. Reshi sent me a copy of her petition, I was both pleasantly surprised and incredibly impressed that an ordinary Pakistani housewife had chosen this extraordinary path of activism while realizing fully well the tortuous ground realities between India and Pakistan. Instead of the usual influence peddling – which is the norm in Pakistani society – she had chosen to address the problem for the benefit of all peoples sharing in that similar predicament. When I initially reminded her of the lack of efficacy of any petition-writing, and especially of one addressed to Pakistan’s Prime Minister by coldly suggesting:

A problem that has lingered for sexagenarian years isn’t going to be solved by petitions – and at this stage in Pakistan’s dismemberment on the Grand Chessboard. Visiting India is the least of Pakistanis’ problems today. A more daring petition-letter might be addressed to Obama instead of Gilani – for that would at least indicate that you know who is running Pakistan”,

Ms. Reshi immediately responded:

Who other than I would know the futility of this petition. There is no solution for this problem because both the nations will never compromise their national security for few thousand people. And imagine if there is permeable border. What chaos for ISI and RAW. Any solution, if at all possible, is if America intervenes. And that is possible only if we strike oil the size of Saudi Arabia in the whole region of Jammu and Kashmir in India and Pakistan. My family [also] keeps telling me that visas are not given to peace activists. Inspite of that I am willing to take the risk and have started the awareness among peoples of the world.” — Nazima Babar Reshi

Despite cognitively knowing that no change may materialize by the mere petition-writing of the ordinary homemaker, Nazima Babar Reshi still went ahead with it! Imagine if a million such ordinary peoples got out of their shells of apathy and began to take extraordinary public stances on their daily troubles, hopes, and aspirations!

Imagine that they not only rationally articulated the problem domain as Nazima Babar Reshi has done above, but also outlined sensible resolutions to those problems just as she has done?

Imagine that they followed up with the next baby-step of forming public-interest organizations capable of pushing those solution-spaces nationally and internationally?

Imagine that they purchased media time and brought their conversations to the forefront of public discussions?

Imagine that they took the next baby-step of mobilizing both peoples and financial resources to drive the issues to the point that the politicians who turn on a dime could not ignore them?

Imagine that they learned to harness the same courts used by the state-actors for legalizing their oppression of the peoples?

Even the all powerful history’s actors – expert at pitting nations against nations and peoples against peoples in world wars by diabolically sewing Machiavellianly constructed revolutionary times with fabricated enemies, artificial threats, contrived dangers, and of course the shock and awe visitations by both the emperor’s pirates and his imperial storm-troopers as the Hegelian pretexts for justifying Global Governance in baby-steps designed to culminate in a one-World Government – surely could not withstand such a determined onslaught by a million resolute homemakers in the United States of America!

The BBC report of this morning, June 23, 2011, Brigadier Ali Khan: Pakistan’s dissenting army officer, on first glance is very interesting. Finally a patriot military man in the Pakistani praetorian guard.

On second glance however, it isn’t. Heart and mind are two different things. Both are needed. One without the other is either blind, or cruel. Here is why it isn’t interesting on second glance.

The BBC report states, inter alia:

Brigadier Ali Khan, the Pakistani officer detained for his alleged links with the banned extremist group Hizb ut-Tahrir, had been highly critical of the Pakistani army’s high command over its relationship with the US, reports BBC Urdu’s Asif Farooqi. …

[H]e had been exerting strong pressure on the top echelons of Pakistan’s military to stop co-operating with American forces in the fight against Taliban and al-Qaeda insurgents, army officers who served with the brigadier during his 32-year career told the BBC.

“The army is a cult in itself, so it’s intolerant towards any other cult within” — Maj Gen Athar Abbas, Quoted by BBC News 23 June 2011

Pakistan’s military spokesman Major General Athar Abbas said that there was compelling evidence against the brigadier owing to his contacts with the banned group. …

Successive promotion boards rejected Brig Ali while his colleagues and subordinates continued to rise up the promotion ladder, overtaking him. Indeed, to date, Brig Khan is the oldest brigadier in the Pakistani army.

His colleagues thought he would be unable to withstand a career going nowhere and would seek early retirement. But they were soon proved wrong. The brigadier told his colleagues he had more to accomplish in his job.

It soon became clear what he meant by that.

Brig Khan started writing letters to army generals, some of whom were his former colleagues, with suggestions on how to become “self reliant” and “to purge the army of the American influence”.’

But the following is where it stopped reminding me any further:

‘Brig Ali even wrote to the President Asif Ali Zardari suggesting ways to make Pakistan economically self-reliant by freeing the country of American aid.’

And the following completely tells me that the excitement of patriotism/nationalism, and finally breaking the yoke of imperialism, on the part of any Pakistani reading this BBC report may be pre-mature:

One officer present in the meeting said all had been going well until it was Brig Khan’s turn to speak. In his opinion, the culprits who had hidden Bin Laden and allowed the Americans to get away with breaching Pakistan’s sovereignty were to be found within the army.’

“Our modernity is a twisted devil. It comes wrapped in multifaceted Hegelian Dialectic.”

This Brig. Khan can’t tell one puppetshow from another.

While all this is admittedly only the BBC report, and like anything else appearing in any media, must be taken circumspectly, the article clearly re-asserts the existence of boogeyman Ali Baba.

Notice the play: even the most zealous and patriotic Pakistani Brigadier who even dissented with the upper echelon of the Pakistani military (at the risk of his own promotion to Major General) in its cooperation with the United States on the War on Terror, and wanted to limit its scope, also believed in the Osama Bin Laden, the Al Qaeeda, and other tales.

When a presumably patriotic Brigadier cannot see the difference between red-team/blue team operation, when a sitting Brigadier who by the account of this article should have been Maj. General by now (if not Lt. General), cannot see black-ops imperial projects to fabricate synthetic terror in order to create the hegelian dialectic of “evil doers” vs. the “good guys” in insurgency vs. counter-insurgency game of “imperial mobilization” ( http://tinyurl.com/insurgency-vs-counter ), it is not obvious to me what this fuss is all about.

Perhaps the Pakistani military command who are reading this blog (yeh!), might read ‘The Poor-Man’s Guide to Modernity’ (PDF http://tinyurl.com/guide-modernity-2011 ) and leave this poor but well-intentioned brigadier alone.

Brig. Ali Khan’s heart evidently is in the right place when he speaks of “self reliant” and “to purge the army of the American influence”, even if his analysis requires some rethinking.

And what exactly is the reality behind all this?

I won’t take the BBC’s word on it.

The only reason the BBC has published this article, in my view at least, is that the Mighty Wurlitzer is doing its job ( http://tinyurl.com/mightywurlitzer ).

That job is mass behavior control. Among other propaganda techniques to affect behavior, to spin narratives which on the surface are appealing to some, but still manage to echo empire’s core axioms. This is the bread and butter of dissent in the West. When mainstream news tasked with engineering consent by their owners, occasionally echo that technique to demonstrate their “objectivity”, there is essentially still no difference. In either case, the primary objective of the press is behavior control, especially for matters of immediate pertinence to current affairs and on-going “imperial mobilization” projects. It is not awareness creation of the diabolical techniques of “imperial mobilization” ( http://tinyurl.com/master-social-science ).

Ex post facto narratives are a different beast – many will truthfully narrate that which is already a fait accompli. It is called history!

This BBC report, whatever its veracity, prima facie still underscores the undeniable fact of the mater. And that is, that even when the intention of rebellion might be genuine, even when the thirst for independence from empire’s mayhem might set an indigenous military patriot’s throat on fire in Pakistan, our modernity is a twisted devil. It comes wrapped in multifaceted Hegelian Dialectic.

Without acutely comprehending this modernity, there simply cannot be any freedom for any nation and any people, no matter how fervently riled up they might get. That riling up is simply harvested on one or the other side of the Hegelian Dialectic. You are either a “militant” aiding and abetting “insurgency” if you don’t like hegemony or have been “tickled” into it, or, are part of empire’s Allies douching it with “counter-insurgency” if you don’t like the insurgents or just love to play house negro to the white man. Once caught in such a Hegelian Dialectic where both sides are orchestrated by the same powers, there is no escape from that matrix.

Brigadier Ali Khan appears to be caught in that matrix!

Yes. I also think this is one of the key elements here:

But there is a second key element. And that is spelled out in the article which I constructed out of this comment yesterday. The second key element, at least in my view, is this:

It is towards finding a path to that very escape that both you and I, and the handful of many others (nonsequitor “handful” and “many”?) have been working on these past several years.

And speaking for myself, since the very day of 9/11, on September 11, 2001. I started with ascertaining for myself that 9/11 was ‘operation canned goods’ by reading both, cover to cover, “The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich” by William Shirer and “Mein Kampf” by Hitler. Once, having figured that out, the rest followed, beginning with informing my family, neighbors, friends, and not being satisfied with just talking, to moving on to protest marches and attending teach-ins by others in similar position. In the aftermath of the FBI knocking on my door in 2003, that activism moved to my first piece of public writing, and interview to mainstream media (already noted in “They Dared to Knock on My Door” and “My Little Jihad” essays). It escalated rapidly from there into more intense work which included all sorts of activism, all sorts of valuable wasted time. While I have only aged ten years chronically, physically I have aged a lot more than my friends who have remained happy-happy pursuing their ‘American Dream’.

And now, in 2011, I have to concede that I admit defeat. There is simply, psychologically speaking, no escape from the matrix for those who are caught in it. If you didn’t know it from day one, then lamentably so, it appears to me that one is either type-1, or type-2. That is Hitler’s nomenclature from Mein Kampf and is explained in my report on “Master Social Science”. In a nut-shell, these are people who, for one reason or another, are unable to reason about the times they live in, logically, rationally, un-emotionally, and therefore are susceptible to propaganda and indoctrination. Type-1 are those who constitute the mainstream public. Type-2, evidently, are those who “suddenly woke up” for one reason or another and are now the dissentstream. That is the macro, most overarching, most comprehensive natural Hegelian Dialectic. It is as old as hegemony, as old as mankind (to borrow my favorite expression of Zbigniew Brzezinski). Take your pick, type-1 or type-2, you are still in the matrix! This is why, even when you dissent, unless you are type-3, those who can reason about the times they live in logically, rationally, un-emotionally, you behave like this unfortunate Brigadier Ali Khan. Clearly a type-2.

And that is a real problem. Indeed, the real heart of the matter. So, even while I will restate the first key point for the emphasis it deserves:

And that is the only point…’

the second key point is on par: the mind also has to be in the right place. Otherwise, one remains caught in the matrix. There is no escape. No Exit!

This is so f*cking shocking a realization, and it appears to be both empirical and psychologically sound, that I am surprised that I even tried! A very good friend of mine who was teaching at LUMS in Lahore at the time, when I visited him in 2003 and gave him a copy of my maiden book Prisoners of the Cave on a CD, told me there and then, what it has taken for me to finally come to also believe so many years later.

“Know thy self in order to know the world, is more than just a cliché of the Sufis. It is a necessity for genuine learning in a modernity which subjects the public to immense forces of social engineering. ”

No one may inform another, no one can teach another. No one can make another type-3. At best, you move people from type-1 to type-2. At best, you give them data. While many can construct “information” out of it (the Information Age), a lot fewer can go a step further to extract “knowledge” out of it (thus staying the proverbial “likkha-parrha jahils”). And still fewer are able to extract wisdom. The limiting factor to dispelling ignorance appears to be exactly this typification alluded to by Hitler in Mein Kampf.

And this insight. which evidently is also as old as wisdom itself, as old as wise men, and as old as religion, is the foundation of what’s stated in my pamphlet “How to Return to Palestine” from last year’s Nakba anniversary, May 15, 2010. Here is a snippet. If only Brigadier Ali Khan would be able to read it in his prison cell:

Incestuous self-reinforcement is a state of normalcy not just at the White House in its Zionist decision making! This is entirely self-evident, but most tend to apply it to only others, not to oneself. It is always that other fellow! Know thy self in order to know the world, is more than just a cliché of the Sufis. It is a necessity for genuine learning in a modernity which subjects the public to immense forces of social engineering. Not an easy task to accomplish, for it’s an on-going process to unlearn what has been spent a lifetime being taught and which has calcified in one’s world-view.

Nevertheless, it is an essential process for genuine seekers of truth, for the moral harbingers of real change, including the Palestinian rebels themselves, in order for one to not go through life as a gullible patsy of power, as a virtuous moron rehearsing mainly the incantations of power while calling it dissent, as a programmed robot celebrating the scholarship of others, or as a likkha-parrha jahil (pretentious ignoramus with advanced academic degrees from IVY Leagues) leading other morons. Having suffered is not an automatic qualification for knowing what to do next. It requires careful thought, like any engineering project. And the test of thought is daily, constant, like morality, and one can’t claim that Oh, I had thought in the 1960s, or “I was born with that thought”, and coast on that mileage! Saying that out loud sounds so bizarre, but it unfortunately captures the mindset of many a rebel today who prides himself on dissent – and follows the pied-pipers without analysis. The most thoughtful among this lot, in fact, have come up with a great excuse to not think: too much analysis leads to paralysis – “Just Do It”!’

While not the case of Brigadier Ali Khan per se – he is evidently still acting in moral principle, but unfortunately with poor knowledge – there is a much greater problem of not acting at all. While the above discussion is about acquiring accurate knowledge in order to act propitiously, an even greater observable truism is that accurate knowledge by itself does not equate to human action for the vast majority of mankind! Evidently, what limits people to act courageously in moral causes is not their lack of knowledge about a matter. As empiricism amply suggests, a surfeit of knowledge by itself rarely tickles the public’s conscience to act.

We see this sufficiently in our own times to know that it is a universal truth. Bringing knowledge to the masses in the hope of their reacting to it with wisdom and sagacity, therefore, is at best an interesting theory. At worst, a specious thesis upon which the edifice of the fourth pillar of democracy is Machiavellian constructed. An illusion of a workable system of governance has been created for the public in their name, but which, in reality, only replaced overt oligarchic rule in the name of gods of yesteryear, with a covert one in the name of democracy. This was elaborated in my Letter to Robert Jensen, September 15, 2009 – Re-titling can perhaps make the problem-space more apparent: Can journalism schools be relevant in a New World Order of one-world government? Consequently, I imagine it is also fair to observe that Brigadier Ali Khan has overcome a much harder problem. That of apathy, indifference, and most pertinent, servitude as a house negro. By the evidence of this BBC report, the Brigadier is already taking a courageous stand for his nation which he had presumably sworn to defend against all enemies when he first joined the army. To move to the next phase therefore, of actually taking a wise and correct stand with sufficiently accurate knowledge of the matter, is the next biggest challenge. Perhaps someone might send Brigadier Ali Khan my short book identifying the enemy. It’s written for motivated people inclined to do something about a matter rather than merely talk about it: The Poor-Man’s Guide to Modernity. As Sun Tzu stated 2500 years ago on The Art of War:

‘If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.’

The fabricated charge of “terrorism” can fall upon anyone at any time. That was made obvious from day one, when, on Thursday, September 20, 2001, in his address to both Houses of U.S. Congress, amidst more than twenty standing ovations, President George W. Bush read off the scripted Hegelian ultimatum to all nations of the world: “Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists.” (Applause.) As the BBC report indicates, clearly Brigadier Ali Khan was not afraid of such labels. A venerable man of heart. But he got the substance wrong.

I would like at least one sitting military officer in Pakistan, and in the United States – the two countries I call home – to get the substance right. To recognize the real enemy and to act courageously in their uniform while they still command their posts. Writing memoirs upon retirement hardly cleanses the blood. Take a leaf out of Bush’s own speech – the words of the emperor are also one’s best defense against any trumped up terrorism charge: “Freedom and fear, justice and cruelty, have always been at war, and we know that God is not neutral between them.” If I can prove who is the greater terrorist, the pirate or the emperor, so can anyone with half a brain! But this proof is obviously irrelevant in the emperor’s court. Proving it before the emperor is not its purpose. St. Augustine demonstrated 1600 years ago in The City of God, that it was already a universal truism:

“When the King asked him what he meant by infesting the sea, the pirate defiantly replied: ‘the same as you do when you infest the whole world; but because I do it with a little ship I am called a robber, and because you do it with a great fleet, you are an emperor.’”

But when the pirate works for the emperor and is furthering the emperor’s own agendas, that requires more than half a brain to see it. It is no longer a matter of simple truism like St. Augustine’s. It can even be counter-intuitive. People with Ph.D. can succumb to its deception. Therefore, proving to oneself is the purpose. That takes a fully functioning rational mind.

A fully functioning rational mind and a fully functioning empathetic heart coming together in the same person, in a sitting general for instance, and we have a winning combination of one who will not fear the result of a hundred battles, each leading to victory. Again from Sun Tzu:

‘Now the general who wins a battle makes many calculations in his temple [before] the battle is fought. The general who loses a battle makes but few calculations beforehand. Thus do many calculations lead to victory, and few calculations to defeat: how much more no calculation at all! It is by attention to this point that I can foresee who is likely to win or lose;

Thus it is that in war the victorious strategist only seeks battle after the victory has been won, whereas he who is destined to defeat first fights and afterwards looks for victory;’

Since no sitting general of such moral fiber with a fully functioning mind can ever exist in the emperor’s or its allies’ armies except in the service of the emperor, there is no practicable waging of real dissent against the emperor’s “imperial mobilization”. The emperor will always win by definition – unless the entire mid-ranking cadre refuse to obey immoral orders! A caveat which presumably exists in all nations’ military rule books governing soldier conduct since World War II. But in order to exercise that caveat still requires the twain characteristic of mind and heart to be simultaneously functioning in the modern soldiery. I doubt that this is more than just a theoretical possibility today.

If you have the heart, you are often dumb enough to join the military under the false flag of patriotism against fabricated enemies where, once enlisted, all compassion and empathy is driven out of you early on. You are taught to obey orders and not to think for yourself. Your higher ranking officers always know better. And the highest ranking officer of every military is always a house negro. If you have a mind, you don’t join the military except to rule others. People with both functioning heart and functioning mind are not to be found in modern professional standing armies – they become poets. I hope I am wrong here. That Brigadier Ali turns out to be a poet soldier – like the illustrious one of antiquity he is presumably named after! That sublime path to valiance is obviously open to all regardless of name. But it does require the heart and mind to both be fully functional simultaneously!

The connection of that Mighty Wurlitzer’s statement in the BBC report to Brigadier Ali Khan’s fate is arguably non tenuous.

Your comments are, as usual, very perceptive. There is more thoughtful content in this one little anon website ( http://fkpolitics.wordpress.com ) than there is in many a newspaper combined. I hope Pakistan Military is reading it. All I can suggest is that “ilm” is no one’s exclusive purview. It can become anyone’s blanket on a cold night (in theory). It is the most egalitarian acquisition and accessible to anyone and everyone. This is even provable – at least for Muslims. Qur’an even teaches a prayer in this respect:

“and say: My Lord! Increase me in knowledge.” — (Holy Qur’an, Surah Ta-Ha, 20:114 , Arabic: وَقُلْ رَّبِّ زِدۡنِىۡ عِلۡمًا )

When Pakistan’s sitting general, Maj. General Athar Abbas, is quoted in the BBC report suggesting: “The army is a cult in itself, so it’s intolerant towards any other cult within”, I believe that to be a general statement of fact pertinent to the nature of all standing armies today. The military has to be cultish, and intolerant toward any outside thought, in order to function in their dysfunctional role as the imperial praetorian guard of the global oligarchy. And there is no more cultish military today in the world than the lone superpower’s own military! They have to be so in order to bring us Jesus ( video http://tinyurl.com/Jesus-In-Afghanistan ). I have already demonstrated in my report on the “White Man’s Burden” that all military look alike when they are the waterboys. It may be read in the ‘Poor Man’s Guide to Modernity’.

Complex political objectives, especially those which come wrapped in Hegelian Dialectic, are always foreign to military command who blindly perform their death dance, unfettered, upon civilian populations for their paymasters. Henry Kissinger is said to have referred pointedly, and rather accurately, to military men as “dumb, stupid animals to be used” as pawns for foreign policy.’ (The Final Days, Bob Woodward, Carl Bernstein, pg. 194)

Not a rocket science. But as noted in the Followup II above, it does require a functioning heart and functioning mind to see it when one is born into house negro.

Our biggest enemy for 200-300 years has been that systematic mental colonization. Here is Lord Macaulay in 1835 speaking before the English Parliament – was he perchance already thinking of the twenty-first century and beyond, to the global governance by the Anglo-Saxons:

“[34] In one point I fully agree with the gentlemen to whose general views I am opposed. I feel with them that it is impossible for us, with our limited means, to attempt to educate the body of the people. We must at present do our best to form a class who may be interpreters between us and the millions whom we govern, –a class of persons Indian in blood and colour, but English in tastes, in opinions, in morals and in intellect.”

So long as we have such perversion among us, we will continue to nurture fifth columnists. So long as we have fifth columnists among us, we will continue to open the gates to the barbarians at the door instead of standing up to them as a dignified peoples.

We are seeing the exploits of the East India Company reincarnated today at a global scale to finally create their global governance. As the Council on Foreign Relations author wrote in 1974 ( http://tinyurl.com/hardroad-worldorder ):

In short, the ‘house of world order’ will have to be built from the bottom up, rather than from the top down. That is the exact modus operandi that was adopted by the East India Company to take over the indo sub-continent!

The BBC playing up Brigadier Ali Khan’s alleged opinion:

One officer present in the meeting said all had been going well until it was Brig Khan’s turn to speak. In his opinion, the culprits who had hidden Bin Laden and allowed the Americans to get away with breaching Pakistan’s sovereignty were to be found within the army.’,

is even more revealing of the Mind War being waged against Pakistan. There is no direct quote, no named source, the Brigadier is already in the brink so he can’t clarify BBC’s version of the “one officer’s” interpretation of what he really might have said and not said. What’s the point of this anonymous “officials say” style of journalism? Let me suggest from Mount Fuji:

‘Aspire to be like Mt. Fuji, with such a broad and solid
foundation that the strongest earthquake cannot move you, and so
tall that the greatest enterprises of common men seem insignificant
from your lofty perspective. With your mind as high as
Mt Fuji you can see all things clearly. And you can see all the
forces that shape events; not just the things happening near to

That, such reportage also furthers the recipe for the self-destruction of the Pakistan military from within. World government cannot have large independent standing armies. And Pakistan’s is the fifth largest (I am told). All sovereign armies must eventually be destroyed, disarmed, and turned into local policing militias as surrogates of the single global military force.

Clearly, for the “insurgency” in Pakistan to continue to be deadly and long-running, mercenary elements from within the Pakistan military and its intelligence apparatuses are themselves behind it, covertly aiding and abetting, and “tickling” the “insurgents” as necessary, but entirely as surrogate local handlers of American-Western financed black-ops of the red-team (the bad guys). The Pakistani jawans in uniform are subsequently encouraged to fight these “insurgents” very patriotically as the blue-team (the good guys), also paid for by uncle Sam but this time through official Congressional budget appropriations. Both sides of this Hegelian Dialectic are funded by the American-Western tax payer – one covertly, the other overtly. The latest estimates of the latter according to costofwar.org, as of June 2011, is $3.2 – 4 Trillion. Official figures for covert operations are hard to come by, but these are reliably projected to run into hundreds of billions of dollars annually. A tiny percentage of both these riches trickles into the coffers of the Pakistan military. Just look at the luxury the man of ranking uniform lives in – Military Inc. owns Pakistan Inc. The systematic demoralization of the world’s fifth largest standing military can be the only end result of such well-funded internecine warfare. How much of a patriotic fighting spirit can any army muster after soiling their hands in the blood of their own? A demoralized military will surrender to any superior force without offering much resistance. The world already witnessed how the 90,000 jawans of West Pakistan’s army under the command of its three star general trivially surrendered in East Pakistan after despoiling their consciences and pak ammunitions with the blood of the Bengalis. That is now being repeated in the blood of the Pushtoons, the Baluchis, and soon others.

In the modern art of war, full spectrum demoralization of the enemy is a calculated method of staging the so called fifth generation warfare without the traditional open declaration of war: get the enemy demoralized by hook or by crook and amenable to PSYOP such that they come around to your point of view without further “persuasion” or casualty on your side. Pick up any military doctrine manual and one sees the foundation of that thesis. How can any modern military be unaware of it? No – they are not unaware of it. When all that is impossible is eliminated, what remains is the truth.

My confrere and former writer/journalist, Abid Ullah Jan thanklessly warned Pakistani military in his many books and writings about these traps facing Pakistan’s military to soften up the high value targets from within. I think he genuinely believed, as I once did, that there were generals in the Pakistan military not beholden to the massa.

That unfortunate fact however was the principal reason for the orchestrated rise of Pervez Musharraf from obscurity to run Pakistan during the most momentous epoch of our times: the initial launch of “imperial mobilization” to Afghanistan to commence “World War IV”.

Without General Pervez Musharraf at the helm in “nuclear armed” Pakistan of that time, invasion of Muslim Afghanistan would not have been a game-theory backed viable military option for even the mightiest sole superpower on earth. Because of this, I have long come to the realization that if Pakistan did indeed ever possess any physical nuclear weapons of her own at any time, and my study has led me to seriously question that global truth, they were effectively neutralized by General Pervez Musharraf before the first American bombs ever fell on Afghanistan. The greatest traitor to Pakistan since the loss of East Pakistan to the tyranny of his predecessors occupying the chair, General Pervez Musharraf set the stage for all other traitors to follow in his boots as Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Today, under his successor duo General Kiyani – President Zardari tag team, Pakistan is as toothless a paper tiger wearing the pious robe of “democracy” armed with “nuclear weapons” as Saddam Hussein’s Iraq was under the vile robe of “dictatorship” armed with “weapons of mass destruction”. And as is already self-evident, the two nations are sharing in the same fate. Their peoples, first victimized by their own military, and then by the “shock and awe” of the barbarians who waited patiently for decades before unleashing their munificent payloads upon the pawns on the Grand Chessboard.

It is my great misfortune that within my own lifetime, I am seeing the systematic birth-pangs of a new Pakistan for a second time at the hands of her own patriots too greedy, and too dumb, to understand the modern world. For some of us who have lived long enough, this raising of the phoenix from the blood-soaked ashes of ritual pawn sacrifice is the third time.

We sadly tend to think that just because some of us have indeed lost our tail descending from the tree-tops (although Pakistani columnist Cowasjee once wrote that we have yet to lose even our tail), that we necessarily have also acquired an iota of higher cognitive intelligence.
